Welcome to The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL )

The core priorities of CATL are to provide:

• professional development, programs and resources to enhance teaching and learning;
• eLearning development and support, including oversight of the University’s Learning Management System (LMS) (WebCT)
• Evaluation of teaching processes, support and advice
• cross-university collaboration in teaching and learning, including the CATLyst network;
• input into the formulation of University policies and practices in teaching and learning; and
• research and scholarship in teaching and learning;

The Centre reports to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) and is located at Love House (Cnr Cooper St and Broadway) and at Level 1, 47 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands.
