Educating the Net Generation
Intended Audience:This workshop will be useful for teaching staff, institutional staff developers, IT professionals and policy makers. Workshop Description:Educating the Net Generation: Implications for Teaching and Learning in Australian Universities. This workshop will be conducted by members of the ALTC-funded project from the University of Melbourne. The project investigated students' and teachers' use of new technologies across eight Australian universities. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how emerging technology based tools can be effectively embedding in learning environments. You will become aware of the implications they may have for student learning, teaching, assessment, curriculum reform and policy.
